Essential Qualification:
For posts 1 & 2 candidates should have acquired Ph.D or M.Tech in Life Science/ Agriculture Science with Specialization in Botany/ Agriculture Botany/ Plant Genetic Resources/ Plant Taxonomy/ Biotechnology with 3 years experience.
For post 3 candidates should have acquired PG in remote Sensing, GIS or any relevant Agriculture or Basic Science with Specialization in GIS application with NET.
For post 4 candidates should have acquired Master Degree in Agriculture Sciences or Basic Science with 4/ 5 years of Bachelor Degree or 60% marks or equivalent overall grade point average with two years research experience.
For post 5 & 6 candidates should have acquired M.Sc (With NET)/ M.Tech (With or without NET) with 55% marks in Biotechnology/ Bioinformatics/ Molecular Biology or any other related field.
