For post 1 candidates must have acquired B-Tech/ BE in Computer Science Engineering/ Electronic and Telecommunication/ Information Technology or Masters in Computer Application with an exposure of experience in Database Domain.
For post 2 candidates must have acquired Three Years Diploma in Computer Science Engineering/ Electronic and Telecommunication/ Information Technology or Masters in Computer Application with an exposure of experience in BMS, NOC, Helpdesk Domain.
